Given article is devoted research of radio engineering characteristics of a three-layer design constructional radio absorbing materials with a matching layer on a surface. Influence of an external power layer on radio engineering characteristics is investigated. The principle of matching the of material input layer with the help согласующего a layer on a basis of glass sintactic material is described. Results of calculations of radio engineering characteristics and the experiments proving calculations are resulted. Are resulted power characteristics of glass sintactic material.
In the article the physical, mechanical and fire-resistant properties of glass reinforced plastics based on heat-resistant thermoplastic binders, made in RF, are given. It is shown, that materials have high strength properties and satisfied the standards of AP-25, FAR-25.853 for fire safety.
Article is of review and fact-finding character. Х-ray photoelectronic spectroscopy (XPS) scopes for polymeric material surface and interphase layer analysis are shown in the article. XPS is the unique research instrument of boundary layers in heterogeneous polymeric systems. Relevance of XPS application for developing polymeric composite materials of new generation is caused by the reason that properties and chemical structure of the interphase layer which is forming on border of the reinforcing filler and matrix define utilization properties of polymeric composite material. XPS is valuable method of research of the processes proceeding at surface modification of polymeric materials. Other important problem of XPS of polymeric materials is detecting of nanolayers of contaminating impurity on polymer surface which can influence on adhesive, electric, frictional, etc. properties.
With the beginning of the work on the material for the thermal protection of the reusable spaceship, it was clear that the tile from silica fibers cannot be attached directly on the metal casing of the product. There were required damping substrates. Also were required a variety of layers of materials, including heat-resistant inserts for the protection of the gaps between the tiles covering. In VIAM were proposed and developed non-woven materials of polymer fibers, with all the necessary properties, from thermal stability to high inflight reliability of a space ship. The paper describes the main properties of heat-resistant polymer fibers, physical and mechanical property values of non-woven materials ATM-15, ATM-16 and ATM-19, produced from this fibers, in the as received material and after impregnating of waterproofing emulsion, with application to the surface of the additional erosion-resistant coating. Biodeteriorarion involve practically all materials and products especially under conditions of warm and damp climate. In addition to microbiological resistance tests in laboratory there are microbiological resistance tests under natural conditions. These tests make it possible to isolate microorganisms and reveal active strains of microorganisms-biodestructors that they can be used for microbiological resistance tests in laboratory and for study of antiseptic and biocide protective properties.
