Abstract

Samples of rhenium-containing alloy VIN4M and rhenium-ruthenium-containing alloys VZhM8 and VZhM10 after complete heat-treatment were studied. It was shown that interphase dislocations are observed in the axes of dendrites. In the structure of the VIN4M alloy, the boundaries of large y'-phase particles are decorated with dislocation clusters forming regular networks. The misfit in the VIN4M alloy is 0,60 % for large formations of the y'-phase in the interaxial spaces and 0,63 % for y'-phase particles in the axes of dendrites. The lowest misfit value of 0,46 % was obtained for the VZhM8 alloy, the highest 0,97 % – for the VZhM10 alloy. Stacking faults in the alloys are formed in γ-interlayers between lattice mismatch dislocations at the opposite boundaries of adjacent particles.
