Abstract

The article demonstrates the fundamental possibility of obtaining the electrical conductivity distribution of TiAl alloy samples made by selective electron beam melting using the eddy current method of non-destructive testing. The X-ray diffraction was performed to correlate the electrical conductivity of the samples with the residual stresses. The dependences of mechanical stresses with the depth of the studied samples before and after the application of hot isostatic pressing were shown.
