Abstract
The microstructural features and thermal stability of peroxide-cured binary and ternary blends based on butadiene-nitrile rubber and styrenic thermoplastic elastomers (BNR–TPE) have been investigated. As a result of comprehensive microstructural and thermal analysis of these blends comprising butadiene-nitrile rubber grade BNKS-40AMN and styrenic block copolymers (SBS-R, SEBS) vulcanized with an organic peroxide the principal factors determining their morphological evolution and thermostability were established.
